I absolutely hate to be lied to. They also stated that they can’t print out our final bill because we booked with a third-party. River spirit uses the fact that you booked through a third-party as an excuse to not give you upgrades to a better room. Please update your website to reflect what’s actually in the guestroom.Īlso, I don’t recommend booking this property through Expedia. The description on the website states that the room we booked had a shower/tub combination. The water pressure in the shower is awful- for what we are paying for the room, we should have a beautiful shower AND a tub. We didn’t even take our bathing suits out of the suitcase. This is supposed to be a resort, not a free-for-all.

This is not safe.Ĭlose the pool to the public and only allow patrons of the establishment accessibility to the pool. There were so many people in the pool, you couldn’t stir them with a stick.
